I’ve spent over 20 years working in business sales, commercial real estate, business financing, and deal structuring in Alberta.

Over that time, I’ve:

  • Sold and advised on 40+ businesses

  • Structured and negotiated complex commercial transactions

  • Worked with owner-operators, investors, and professional buyers

  • Sat on both sides of the table as an owner and as an advisor

AJS Capital exists because I’ve seen too many deals fail for reasons that had nothing to do with price — and everything to do with preparation, structure, and execution.
