Flix & Flip Investor FAQs

  • Yes. We provide the initial capital to acquire the property at the closing table, and we hold the renovation funds in reserve, releasing them to you in "draws" as the work is completed.

  • Once a phase of your Scope of Work is complete (e.g., framing and electrical rough-in), you request a draw. We do a quick inspection or review photos to verify the work, and wire the funds directly to you to pay your trades.

  • We need to see the deal. Submit the property address, your purchase price, an itemized Scope of Work (rehab budget), and your estimated ARV. A formal "As-Complete" appraisal will typically be required before funding.

  • No. AJS Capital provides strictly commercial/business-purpose loans to real estate investors. The property must be non-owner occupied.
