We take the risk. You pay for results.
The Proposition: We cover the upfront cost of marketing and finding buyers. You only pay is when the deal is done. We absorb 100% of the risk; you pay nothing until the business sells.

Success Fee: Starting at 8% (depending on the value of the business)
Engagement Fee: $795 (Fully credited back at Closing)

Note: Success fees are subject to a minimum fee floor, which will be outlined clearly in your Representation Agreement. Engagement fees for the Standard Model are credited against the final Success Fee upon a successful transaction.
